This was one of the earlier things I worked on. The company needed a magazine cover for their magazine, and were tired of using the same style. They gave me the opportunity to work on the project and I was able to say my design was sent to thousands of people. The cover is photographic, but features a mostly black and white photo with certain areas saturated. 

These graphs show how we stack up against the competition. They highlight different price points for our company versus Sotheby's numbers.

This is one example of magazine advertisements that I've worked on. We advertise in many different publications and magazines, and mostly run properties for sale or under contract. The challenge for this was how to layout so many properties within certain space restriction. 

This is an example of an agent postcard. The front is used for property advertisements or for Newly Listed/Just Sold properties.

This is an example of the back of the previous postcard. This particular one features multiple other properties on the back, but postcards can sometimes feature more bullet points about the agent or single property that may be listed on the front.
